The same sake, same Kitanishiki rice, Junmai Nama Genshu, but this one was dry, so we compared.
The rice polishing ratio is slightly different, but I was surprised at the difference between this and the sweet Origarami.
This one is super dry, which seems to be the image of Kitanishiki, but I was surprised at how different the flavors are due to the difference in production methods.
Both are delicious, but I'd recommend this one as a sake for a meal.
