I thought that "Iso" and "Boasting" had a vaguely Showa or old-fashioned image to them, and that it might have an old-fashioned sake smell to it. I'm an avid fan of sake, but I don't like traditional sake, and I can't drink it. However, I thought I had to try this highly rated sake, so I ordered it. As a result, it was definitely more like a Japanese sake than any other sake I've had today. However, I still think it's very easy to drink. It makes the food stand out nicely. あべたかIt has a deep flavor. Compared to Nabeshima and Shichiken, which I drank before, it is more like Japanese sake. But it is very easy to drink with an imbibed taste. It is easy to drink. I want to drink it again. あべたかI've had it before, but the taste is similar to Nabeshima. It's a refreshing drink. I went into it expecting the taste to hit me harder, but it was very refreshing and was a nice choice for a sake that came after Nabeshima. This drink is delicious, too.

I want to drink something other than Niigata, so I head out to the streets of Joetsu Takata. We find a place called Maruko that serves drinks other than those from Niigata, so we go here. When I look at the sake menu, I see "Hanayosu". What? One of the most popular brands is here? And. I ordered immediately. "This sake is very sweet," said the owner. I want to drink a popular brand of sake. I'm a very young man, after all. How did I feel after drinking it? Yes, it didn't feel like Japanese sake at all. You can guzzle this sake on its own. It's delicious. How is it as a saké? Hmmm, I don't know if it's good as a saké. It might be difficult to pair with a meal, but it's delicious! But it's delicious! No doubt about it. As expected, the restaurant serves it in a wine glass, perhaps because they want you to enjoy the aroma. あべたかKamonishiki, Shinsei No. 6, and Hanayosu, the latter half of which I'd like to drink in conjunction with the food, so I decided to take a stab at Keisaku. Fukushima's sake is my No. 1 so far, and Maruko seems to have some newer sake that I haven't tried yet, but I'll save that for the next time, as I know it's absolutely delicious. The first time I drank this sake, I felt that it tasted completely different from any other sake I've had before. First of all, I didn't get that "ah-ha" feeling after drinking the sake. It's not sweet, so it's not sweet at all. It has no sweetness, so I feel refreshed after drinking it. I can drink as many as I want. The best sake in my opinion was the "Jyushiro", but I don't know. But I don't know if the Shinsei No.6 is the best. Anyway, it's definitely a unique taste that can't be found in any other sake. It is very good.
