It's not sweet, so it's not sweet at all. It has no sweetness, so I feel refreshed after drinking it. I can drink as many as I want. The best sake in my opinion was the "Jyushiro", but I don't know. But I don't know if the Shinsei No.6 is the best. Anyway, it's definitely a unique taste that can't be found in any other sake. It is very good. I want to go to Maruko's to drink this sake again.
