Just like the name on the label. It has a refreshing acidity and bitterness with a lemon peel taste. It was like a lemon squash with a slight effervescence. It seemed to be a limited edition sake for the Craft Sake Week and was sold out first.

It's not like any other Hozu I've ever had. When I drank Hachinounomai, it was like the top of Gonounomai. but Ten-No-Brewery is a different world!
