The annual sale of 4 bottles of Kangiku Meizou's Discovery Series at the same time.
We were able to compare 4 bottles again this year!
The second bottle was Junmai Daiginjo Usunigori Unfiltered Nama-shu made from So-no-Mai, Chiba Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing!
Compared to the Koshihikari, which had a strong sweetness, this bottle had a crisp acidity and umami flavor!
It is also delicious!
