It is insanely delicious! It's not young, but it's not too siblingly either. Really, it is just the right amount of soothing. Elegant and fruity. But not pungent and sharp. It has a rounded and cool image. It is not the Hiroshi Abe of the Men's Non-no era, but the Hiroshi Abe of a little earlier.

It rained all morning today. However, this month is "Nara Sake Enhancement Month. With my pants soaking wet, I headed to Asano Sake Shop. This is Shinomine. The description on the order form said they use brewer's yeast. It has a nice aroma. It is an excellent yeast! It was sweet and sour, but I thought it was a very well-balanced sake. I paired it with curry cashew nuts and salmon cod roe. These go very well together. Today was a day when I was impressed by the total "sake and snacks" compatibility.

Oh no, it's delicious! I like Okura more and more! This sake is derived from "Donzurubou" in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture. The rice is, what a surprise, livestock rice! Boo hoo hoo boo! This is not old-fashioned rice. It is "hoshiaobe" rice grown in the city for animal feed. Mr. Okura's eternal "chuunibyou" (laugh). It's a fun challenge! Yes, it is good! One sip and the image changes. You feel the usual sweetness. And it doesn't linger as usual. It may be more like a caramel feeling than a rich fruit. It seems to finish with a sourness. The rice polishing ratio is 55%. It is junmai ginjo class. However, since the rice is not sake-making rice, it is said to be "ordinary sake". I have wanted to try this sake for a long time. I am very satisfied! This is a sake that I would love to see cows, pigs, and chickens drink!

First of all, there is a gentle and nice aroma. The delicious taste of rice spreads at once. There is no bitterness at all, and it is very pleasant to feel that it disappears smoothly. This is the first time I have had this sake, but I am sure that the brewery has a solid technique.

Thank you very much for taking the Hankyu train today." Here is a drink from Osaka. What a surprise! This sake is a collaboration between Kiyotsuru Sake Brewery and Hankyu Corporation. Amazing! The bottle is the image color of Hankyu Railway. The back of the bottle shows the station sign (lol). I use the Hankyu Railway every day. I ordered it without thinking. It tasted like the sake. It was a delicious sake that would go well with food. So, no second transfer today, we are at the end of the line.

Did the three-day weekend make it so? I went to Asano Sake Shop two days in a row! Maybe Mr. Okura made me do so (lol). I really wanted to drink it. The aroma is mild. It is a nice smell of Mr. Okura. This one uses Edo yeast. The sake level is -10. Of course, it has a sweet image, but the sourness also plays a big role. The balance is excellent. It has a smooth texture on the tongue, but I think it is a relatively light type of sake among Okura's. We enjoyed it very easily!

It smells very nice too. I don't know how to describe it.... Anyway, I can't get enough of it! This is Okura-san with Aizan and No.6 yeast. The sweetness spreads in your mouth. It is also powerful. The balance with the acidity must be exquisite! It finishes the drink neatly. So it is an endless loop of drinking it again right away. Delicious! President Okura is the best! Everyone in the restaurant was smiling~!

In November, Asano Sake Shop is holding the "Sake Nara Fair". On the 1st, Mr. Okura visited the store, so we went there~. It was past noon, but the store was packed. Mr. Okura, wearing a hachimaki, was serving customers with a fan in his hand! He is loved by everyone! First of all, I had a cup of Asahi! I love Okura after all! (laugh). The aroma is outstanding. Gentle on the palate. Ripe fruit. Syrupy sweetness, but zero stickiness. Not tart. Strong flavor. It is a very drinkable sake. It was an extremely tasty sake.

Subdued but nice aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth. I think it is of the thick, sweet type, but it is not thick. Maybe no ice is needed (lol). It tastes fresh. I wonder if this is the kind of sake that has a sense of transparency. The sweetness is just right. The sake rice is Shinryu Nishiki, a cross between Shinriki and Yamada Nishiki. It is said to be Ryuriki's original sake rice. It was a very delicious sake!

It's a mellow type of sake! Delicious! Dark fruitiness. It has a nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste. They make all kinds of sake! The description on the menu says, "The three major rice varieties in the latter half of the Meiji era (1868-1912). It was called Kame-no-o in Tohoku, Aikoku in Kanto, and Jinriki in Western Japan. Amazing! I want to tell someone.... I wrote it down carefully (laugh).
