This is Senzuke's white koji. This year we also got it in bottles.
The aroma is mild. When you drink it, the sweet and sour taste makes you say "Umai!
The other "White Koji Activated Nigori" is one of my top 3 sakes of the year. I am very much looking forward to next year!
