Timeline
もよもよMachida Sake Brewery is said to be a fairly small brewery. This brand is characterized by the characteristic of its freshness, which is achieved by directly bottling all the sake after it is squeezed. Furthermore, the rice used is Omachi. I have the impression that Omachi is a slightly peppy rice that best expresses the characteristics of the sake brewer. We are looking forward to it.
The taste is quite ricey, but also melon-like and fruity. The sensation is of a dark, sweet sake.
Because of its richness, it would go well with a strong-tasting white sauce or something like that. The sake is delicious enough on its own. もよもよWe had Sakura-ame, a raw sake from Tenyumi. This sake was brewed by Shinri, the former toji of Tohoku Izumi. The other sakes in the Tenyumi series were also delicious, so we have high expectations for this one.
The aroma was refreshingly fruity with a sourness, but when we drank it, we found it to be quite sticky and sweet. There is a slight sourness, and I think it has a kind of rich muscat flavor.
It would be interesting to drink this type of sake with gratin or other white sauces. It has a strong umami flavor, so I feel it will not be defeated by the food. もよもよRisshun Asa Shibori is a sake that is squeezed and delivered on the morning of February 4, and is considered an event sake by various sake breweries. It is said to be quite challenging for the brewers to have a fixed date for squeezing the sake.
Sengoku's Risshun Shibori is a 14% alcohol type. Since I drank it a little after Risshun, the sake was a little mellow, but it was quite fresh and tasty. For me, it gave the impression of a white wine.
It is light and easy to drink, and would go well with tomatoes and cheese. もよもよThis is a snowball from Sentori, one of the most famous nigori sake breweries. Although it is said to be hard to find, Sentori has a good supply system that makes it easy to obtain, and it is surprisingly easy to get if you go to a liquor store during the year-end and New Year's holidays. It is very gratifying to be able to sip the hottest sake.
Solid carbonation upon opening. The quintessence is that it contains active moromi. The comment that I often drink it is that it is silky, but it does have a thicker consistency with the ori involved. It might be better to drink it with a little bit of ori mixed in. As for the taste, it has a strong acidity and is refreshing to drink. It may be a little melon-like.
No wonder it has become a staple when it comes to good nigori sake. It is best to drink it with something salty. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Moyomoyo 😃.
Sentori is a good supplier of delicious seasonal sake! Thank goodness for that 🤗 Sometimes it's like a tradition at the local liquor store to have a line of snowmen ⛄️ 😊. もよもよJay & Nobby, I'm glad to see that Sentori is offering a lot of good quantities. It saves me from having to keep drinking good sake. KidShibatas 純米大吟醸酒 be cool!純米大吟醸 もよもよThis is a special seasonal brew named after Mr. Shibata, the toji of KID. Kidd is also known for being the most cost-effective sake, but this one is a pricey one, with rumors that other breweries charge 5-6,000 yen. But since it is a trusted brewer, we chose this one because we were sure it would be delicious.
Although it is a summer sake, it has a very rich taste. The slightly bitter taste was somewhat like muscat. It is quite drinkable.
It may be delicious with slightly heavier peaches or mangoes. Also, in summer, you can drink it with soda or ice. You can drink it refreshingly. もよもよTenyumi means "rainbow after rain," and they collaborated with Tohoku University of Art & Design on the label design. The toji (master brewer) is Mr. Jin Masashi, who has won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition for 10 consecutive years. I had tasted Suiuyu before and enjoyed it so much that I bought this one to try as well.
Suiu was a completely fruity and sweet sake, but this is a Yamahai sake with a strong rice flavor. It tastes like rice and melon. It is not sweet, but umami, and goes well with strong-flavored dishes. The aftertaste is quite clean and unctuous.
Although I prefer floral and fruity sake, I could really feel the deliciousness of this kind of sake with a rice flavor. The enjoyment of pairing it with food may be profound. It went well with curry and kushikatsu. Is it versatile? Delicious both warmed and cold sake.
Purchased from: Gomotsuki Masumoto もよもよI received a bottle of Tenmei, a sake from Fukushima, which I was a little curious about. The label is sky blue and beautiful. According to the description, it is a food sake with a balance of acidity and sweetness.
I thought it would be a fruity type sake since it is junmai honmai, but it had a strong rice flavor rather than a fruity one. I thought it would be a bit different for different tastes when served cold, but after a few days, you will be hooked on the flavor.
Because of its rice flavor, I thought it would go well with strong flavors such as meat dishes. Also, when served at a slightly higher temperature, such as hot or room temperature, the bitterness is reduced and the sweetness increases, making it quite good. I think it also has a melon-like sweetness at room temperature.
Purchased from: Gomotsuki Masumoto 町田酒造純米吟醸55 山田錦 無濾過生酒純米吟醸生酒無濾過 もよもよMachida Sake Brewery is a Gunma sake brewery. The amount of sake produced is not that large, and they serve only the finest sake. This one is a direct kunmai ginjo of Yamadanishiki. It is definitely a delicious one.
It smells great when you open the package. It tastes like juicy peaches, which I like quite a lot. The aftertaste is refreshing. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes. It's not too sweet and it's nice.
It tastes a little bit like a sparkling wine when it's freshly opened. Well, I could tell that Machida Brewery never fails to deliver. I would like to drink it again.
Purchased from: Masumoto もよもよSentori means "hermit crane," and if you ask me, I can see why the lid is the red, white, and black color of a crane. This brewery has made all of the rice used for this sake a domaine. The rice is grown in the same water vein as the water used in the brewery. They are very particular.
First of all, when you open the bottle, it smells like wine with a slightly low acidity. When I drank it, it tasted sour but clean. It tastes a bit like muscat, like a white wine with low bitterness and acidity.
It is not too sweet, so it seems to go well with food. Maybe white fish sashimi or white sauce would be good. I would like wine lovers to try this sake.
Purchased from: Masumoto Gomotoki もよもよAll products are unfiltered, stored in bottles, and aged at low temperatures, and can only be purchased from more than 30 distributors. At the stores, the quality is maintained by thorough temperature control. Their commitment to taste is immeasurable.
I have always been curious about this brand. When I opened the package, what a fruity aroma. Other people sometimes say it may be limey, but it is definitely limey.
The taste is also quite fruity, like a mixture of apples and grapes. However, it is not very sweet. It seems to be good as a food wine. It seems similar to the Morishima I had a while ago. There was no carbonation.
Perhaps it's the acidity that gives it its sharpness, but the sweetness does not make it dull and it can be drunk neatly. It was a very tasty sake.
Purchased from: Masumoto Sake Shop もよもよI was attracted to this sake by the claim that it is a modern Yamahai brewed by Yasu Yoshida. I had a preconceived notion that Yamahai sake is best served hot, or that it has a strong sake flavor, but this sake has a very gentle flavor and is suitable for drinking cold.
First of all, the label is stylish with a bird flying. Ishikawamon is a brand name of sake rice produced in Ishikawa prefecture. The alcohol content is 13%, which is a little weak.
When you open it, the aroma is really good. A little flowery? It has a flowery ceiling aroma. When you drink it, you can easily drink it because of its gentle sweetness and refreshing mouthfeel. I think the weak melon scent and taste is a good fit.
There is no strong alcohol feeling at all, so even beginners of sake can drink it. The fact that it is called Yamahai surprises me anyway. disryI've got a gimpy back and can't walk out the door. Well, then, I can't help it, I guess I'll open a bottle.
It's been a while since I had a Flax Cat Spark.
I can feel the carbonation more strongly than when I drank it before. I had a hard time opening the bottle.
The carbonation and the refreshing sourness make it easy to drink. It's scary.
However, I feel that the aroma and taste are too subdued because the carbonation has taken over. I'll have to taste it after the carbonation is gone. T.KISOHi disry, good evening😄.
A hiccup back - I've experienced it twice and it's pretty painful 😭💦.
I'm sure you'll have a great time! Cat spark 🐈🤣
I love it 🎶👍I've never had a spark before🤣 disryGood evening, T.KISO🌙
I woke up in the morning and thought I was in pain, then it got worse and worse....
It was the first time in my life 😭.
I want to taste the flax cat slowly but already have a few left😅. もよもよI was curious about Mimurosugi. This time we had Hiyaoroshi.
Normally it is matured at -5℃, but this one is matured at 5℃ for about half a year in order to bring out the flavor of Omachi.
Mimurosugi is rumored to have a ramune like freshness and shuwa shuwa, but this one is calmer and less shuwa shuwa, probably because it is fire-aged. The melon flavor is the same as the previous reputation, but after 2~3 days, I felt that the flavor was banana-like. It also has a fresh fruit flavor, which is delicious.
Although the label says chilled (room temperature) is recommended, it's also quite good cold or hot. The atmosphere changes, so it's a good value.
Purchased from: Gohongi Masumoto もよもよI heard from a friend that Senkou is a brand that became quite popular and hard to find a while ago. I happened to get this beetle by chance. The label is transparent and stylish.
Various people have used metaphors such as "adult lemon squash", but when I tried it, there was no carbonation. However, it tastes lemony and citrusy. At room temperature, it also had a koji-like sweetness, and at 14% low alcohol, it's a gem for summer.
After a couple of days from opening the bottle, the lemony taste stabilized and I think it became easier to drink. I prefer it cold to slightly closer to room temperature.

The rumored sake❤️.
Old sake atmosphere with a clean acidity.
Rich rice sweetness and sourness, but the acidity is refreshing. Nuances of lemon and 🍋 citrus!
Overall, the taste is rich but not stubborn, like a breeze passing through❗️Wonderful^ ^^Very delicious‼️! もよもよIt is a sake brewed in Maebashi by a young couple, and the amount of brewing is probably not so large. The sake is made with soft water from the Tone River, and most of the brands of Machida Shuzo are made by directly pumping the squeezed sake into bottles without using tanks.
It is unfiltered raw sake, but in this case, there is almost no (no?) sense of gas. The taste is sweet like pineapple, but there is a light bitterness in the aftertaste, so it is refreshing to drink.
The fresh fruitiness settles down as the day goes on, but it's still juicy enough to keep you happy for a while. I've heard that it's recommended to drink it chilled, but I certainly think it's better chilled than warmed up.
As a fruity sake, I highly recommend it.
Purchased from: Masumoto Goppongi Oroku出雲麹屋 にごり純米原酒生酒無濾過にごり酒 disryWhen I opened the bottle, I struggled with the foam for about 5 minutes.
Even in the 300ml drinkable size, it is full of energy.
Naturally, it is sizzling, and my tongue is tingling.
The aroma and taste are rice. You can't describe it with fruits, but it is rice. The taste of rice and sweetness fills your mouth.
In the aftertaste, the bitterness finally rides on the tongue and reminds you that you have been drinking sake.
Let's go buy this rice soda again when summer is in full swing. disryFirst Machida.
After the fruit aroma that is not that strong, it has a refreshing sweetness, acidity and gas. A slight bitterness finishes it off nicely. The punch is weaker than the Zijima I was drinking with it, so I felt it was slightly lacking, but the drinkability is definitely Machida. Fear of 16 degrees alcohol.
At Goppongi Masumoto. disryI drank it over 4 days and the further I went, the better it tasted. Next time I'll try another rice. Looking forward to it. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
