This is a snowball from Sentori, one of the most famous nigori sake breweries. Although it is said to be hard to find, Sentori has a good supply system that makes it easy to obtain, and it is surprisingly easy to get if you go to a liquor store during the year-end and New Year's holidays. It is very gratifying to be able to sip the hottest sake.
Solid carbonation upon opening. The quintessence is that it contains active moromi. The comment that I often drink it is that it is silky, but it does have a thicker consistency with the ori involved. It might be better to drink it with a little bit of ori mixed in. As for the taste, it has a strong acidity and is refreshing to drink. It may be a little melon-like.
No wonder it has become a staple when it comes to good nigori sake. It is best to drink it with something salty.
