The rice used to make this sake is grown by the owner of a shop in downtown Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, and each year a different sake brewery is commissioned to make it.
This year it is Miinotsuki!

Toji: Ryuichi Yoshida はかたサバスキーThis is my first sake in a while, as I have been biased toward shochu and awamori since the beginning of the year.
The rice, called "Izuwanosato" in Yamagata Prefecture, is polished to 60%.
The initial aroma is very faint and light.
The first sip tasted like a sweet white wine.
It was quite tasty.
