It is not labeled Junmai, but I chose Junmai based on the ingredients. It is made from a rice called Shunyo. The alcohol content is 14 degrees Celsius and it is unfiltered raw sake. It has a little bit of a schwarziness to it. Delicious! I haven't been here for a long time, but it seems to be closed before winter.
