It's got a sweetness to it, but it's way more smooth and easy to drink than I expected!

I'm going to drink a lot more spring sake! みよさんNatural, lightly fizzy sake with a slight cloudiness at the bottom.
Sweetness and a little sourness.
It seems to be the Osan-nishiki version made from Osan-nishiki produced in Toyama prefecture.
Rice polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol 16 degrees みよさんA sake that you can feel the bubbles from the natural yeast bacteria.
It is fruity and easy to drink.
I asked the liquor store to recommend it to me to pair with Udan.
I went to buy it again at the beginning of the year, but it was a seasonal sake, so they sold out at the end of the year.

I had a sweet image of Kinone, and I imagined that it would be fruity, too.
When I drank it, it had a sweetness that reminded me of watermelon.
I can't imagine it from the aroma...
As I continue to drink it, the sweetness is similar to melon.
