Spring ahead🌸
This is my first time drinking pink nigori sake.
It's got a sweetness to it, but it's way more smooth and easy to drink than I expected!
Carrot sticks from my parents' house and
and shishamo smelt from Seven Eleven✨.
It was a meaningful time from noon!
I'm going to drink a lot more spring sake!

Natural, lightly fizzy sake with a slight cloudiness at the bottom.
Sweetness and a little sourness.
It seems to be the Osan-nishiki version made from Osan-nishiki produced in Toyama prefecture.
Rice polishing ratio 60%.
Alcohol 16 degrees
