One that I dashed out to buy on my lunch break on a weekday. I opened the bottle slowly. I almost blew out the bottle only once, and opened it in about a minute. Automatic stirring. The aroma is soft and fruity. There is a hint of rum. A strong sense of gas. The characteristic of this sake is its sweetness. It spreads on the tongue with a feeling of gusto. After the sweetness, there is a sourness. A good balance. The sourness lasts until the end of the drink, and a mild sweetness remains after the end of the drink. The taste is as expected. The other bottle arrived just now.

While I'm getting into green and pink, this time I chose Abe-Black, which is also written as a standard on the label. The aroma is more subdued than the green and pink. It doesn't have the unique peachy, muscat-like aroma that I secretly call "Abeka" this time. However, the sweetness and sourness are assertive, and the acidity is still dominant. The aftertaste is acidic and slightly astringent, and it finishes quickly, making it an excellent food sake. When the ori is involved, the flavor increases and the sense of euphoria increases. (Origarami is said to be limited).

On the first day, the aroma is melon-like and berry-like, the taste is sweet and sour but with more acidity. The gas feeling is strong. The aftertaste changes from sour to bitter and stays on the tongue. It was different from what I expected on the first day, so I thought I would have a look at it. At the Ginza shop of Tatumi Seishudo. On the third day, it changed to the best condition. The balance of sweetness and sourness in the muscat aroma was perfect, and the unpleasant bitterness of the first day disappeared, leaving only the umami. The bitterness of the first day disappeared and only the deliciousness remained. I was convinced that this was the reason.
