I opened the bottle slowly. I almost blew out the bottle only once, and opened it in about a minute. Automatic stirring.

While I'm getting into green and pink, this time I chose Abe-Black, which is also written as a standard on the label.
The aroma is more subdued than the green and pink. It doesn't have the unique peachy, muscat-like aroma that I secretly call "Abeka" this time.
However, the sweetness and sourness are assertive, and the acidity is still dominant.
The aftertaste is acidic and slightly astringent, and it finishes quickly, making it an excellent food sake.
When the ori is involved, the flavor increases and the sense of euphoria increases.

On the first day, the aroma is melon-like and berry-like, the taste is sweet and sour but with more acidity. The gas feeling is strong. The aftertaste changes from sour to bitter and stays on the tongue.
