While strolling in Ginza, I found a liquor store and got a mini bottle of Tsuchida12!
I have been curious about Tsuchida's series, but have not been able to try them, but this year they started selling a 300ml mini bottle!
Soon after I found it, that night we compared tastes!
The low-alcohol Tsuchida 12 was a low-pasteurized bottle with a refreshing acidity.
Despite its light alcohol content (12%), its flavor and extended acidity made for a great drinking experience.
This is a bottle that should be chilled to a very cold temperature and drunk in large gulps!
Rice polishing ratio: 90% for mother rice, 90% for koji rice, 70% for kake rice
