Hops and Doburoku 01: Sasanishiki" from Rice and Agave. I opened one of the most talked about bottles.
It has a strange aroma of rice, muscat, and citrus. The aroma of hops is nice. The gasiness is quite strong.
Mainly acidic. The rice flavor is quite strong, and it starts to feel more and more like sweet sake.
Towards the end, the sweetness increases at once. The aftertaste is mostly sweet. The sharpness is not good.
This is a very ambitious work, and it is certainly a sake that I have not had very often. However, it was probably easier to drink than To'o no Doburoku.
