The name "Houou Mita" comes from the brewery's location in the village of Mita, which is blessed with abundant underground water from the Nikko Mountain Range and is a source of high quality rice.
The brewery uses either the "funa-shibori" or "shizuku-shibori" method of pressing.

Toyobai rice" has the same name as the sake name.
Inherited from the excellent sake rice "Gohyakumangoku", this rice is suitable for growing in the north and has been developed over many years to produce sake with the fine texture typical of northern Japan.
Currently, only Miura Sake Brewery brews sake with this rice. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
