Just as the label comments 😉. The umami is coming in with a bang! Sweet at first, then the acidic umami bursts in and the deep freshness bursts out. ...... It's a pretty big-boned type of wine 🥴. A recommended bottle that we would like to announce outside of the issue: ❤️ Fruity aroma, just like 1801 yeast 😊.

Jacketed Sake Tokushima Prefecture Miyoshikiku Sake Brewery Out of Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice The flavor and sweetness of the rice comes through directly 😋. It is a jackpot 🎯! It was a junmai ginjo-shu with pleasant acidity 🍶🙇🏻 The costa is also perfect!

Miyasaka Brewery's sake is always clean and clear. The apple-like aroma raises expectations 😋. The color gives the impression of being clean and clear. When I drank it, I found it to be Yamahai. It's dark and delicious - a lot of alcohol is in the bottle. ☺️ Masumi is always delicious as expected 😉. Thank you very much for the drink!

Orikagari no awa🫧 Opening note: ⚠️ slowly letting off the gas to start the evening 🍶. The sweetness of the rice spread slightly and the bitterness was pleasantly crisp and tight with the shwashy awa🥰 Not fruity, but... I like ❤️ taste.
