On a business trip. I searched for a liquor store and a fish shop in my neighborhood that seemed to be the right one and bought some. It was better than going to a bad izakaya! This is what is called Nada sake!

It is said to be a very valuable sake. Kuromatsu Senjo R5BY test brew sake polished 39 There are only 300 bottles of this sake. But my uncle has 18 bottles in his store. It is said to be made from a new variety called Yumemi-nishiki, and even my uncle, who has been a sake shop owner for decades, had never tasted it before. I tasted it and it tasted wonderful! We will drink it at night, but I was so happy that I put it up first. I'm looking forward to the night!

Today we had a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Hokusetsu that my uncle had left on reserve. It was the last bottle at the store! It's delicious. It's so easy to drink. It's too dangerous because I bought it by the bottle!

The owner of this restaurant is very particular about going to the sake brewery himself, working with them, and pumping the sake himself when he wants to. He used to work in a sake brewery. The food was superb.

He and his wife started a sake study group. I found one nice Japanese sake shop in the neighborhood when I searched for it on Google. The first time we went, the owner, who appeared to be in his late 80's, recommended "Li Bai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake." I've been studying it. While the super dry taste lingers in the mouth, the smoothness and sweetness of the sake is felt through the throat. I feel that it goes well with hearty food rather than drinking it by itself. It's really delicious! But since this is my first time drinking it, I'll give it a 90.

Thank you for your comment! I have been a sake drinker for many years, but I have been enjoying whiskey and shochu distilled spirits, but recently I have woken up to the fact that I am a sake drinker.
