The aroma is just fruity. It smells like pineapple. When you drink it, the aroma is mysteriously lost... It is a bit sweet, but it is close to the middle of the range. It is made in the image of a drink that the Ainu people used to drink, so it seems to be made with mili (millet). It is easy to drink. However, it is a little weak for a cloudy sake. I have the impression that it is not as good as rice. It is an interesting souvenir!
