Slightly dry and tasty
Perfect for grilled fish.
Today we're having a drink with a fish called Kachibiki
I'm drinking at a restaurant I wandered into on my travels.
The food was delicious 😋
It has a refreshing sweet taste that does not linger, with just the right amount of acidity to give you a fruity feeling like wine.
I think seafood goes better with it than meat 😋
We classify it as a keg sake, but we add flavour to it by adding cedar directly from Tokyo in the process of making the sake
So it's not classified as a sake, it's a liqueur
It seems to have a stronger aroma of cedar than a keg of sake.
It's dry, but has a slight sweet aftertaste, which is refreshing and sharp 😋
Refreshing, crisp and dry
Slightly bitter taste that lingers after drinking.
It's a nice, sharp drink that doesn't stick together.
It only came with a small label that I took a picture of.
They were packaged in silver plastic bags and lined up in the refrigerated section!
Sweet but refreshing taste.
It has a long aftertaste.
You know, this kind of drink...
If it's light, you're going to lose it, and if it's dark, you're going to clash with it.
I feel like it's better to choose an accompaniment to enjoy a drink, like a steak, than a dish!
Please tell me 😅.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by a crisp, spicy taste.
Can we call this a dry sake? 😅
Sometimes I don't get it.
It has a clean aftertaste and is delicious!
And it was cheap 😄.
It's light and dry, but you can feel the sweetness in your mouth, and the bitterness spreads gradually from the sweetness.
It's just that these drinks...
Pickled wasabi! How about 🤤
2 liters in a box.
It is a sake made only of rice and rice malt, but it does not meet the standards for Junmai sake.
Very cheap instead 😋.
Dry, light and easy to drink with no bitterness.
I'm drinking this cold, but I think it can be served hot as well.
It has a pungent taste with a slight sweetness and umami that lingers on the tongue and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
I've been avoiding sugar and acid-added alcoholic beverages, but I bought it without checking 😅.
I didn't feel sick the next day and it was delicious 😋
It's a paper box package (it doesn't have to be a bottle), but it's a daiginjo 😋
The Daiginjo version of Shiboritate from this brewery
I drink it on the rocks because of its high alcohol content.
It's fragrant and delicious.
