It was a delicious sake with a refreshing sweetness. We had it for dinner at a ryokan, and my friend liked it so much that she bought a bottle as a souvenir and drank it in the room as well. I was told that it is a gem produced in small quantities. We will enjoy it very much.

This sake was given to me as a gift from the owner of a tavern called "Ume and Hibari" in Kumamoto. It tasted like a white sour, light and thirst-quenching, and even if you are not a fan of alcohol, you can enjoy it. But it also has a strong sake aroma. It was like drinking sake in a champagne glass.
