(3) Those with dark blue etiquettes Morohaku Yamadanishiki and Aizan Junmai Daiginjo My memory is hazy, but this was my favorite in the drinking comparison of the day. The key point for me is whether I can feel the acidity in proportion. The white one Omachi Junmai Ginjo Maybe this brand, this brand. I don't remember anything... (5) Secret Tama-jyunashi Miyamanishiki This one, which we often encounter, is full of the melon feeling and very delicious ^_^. It was a precious opportunity. We also had a bottle of Harukon and Shinmasa on the same day and compared them. I thought that the consistent feature of Jyushidai is its juiciness and mellowness.

Comparison of drinks at Kushikoma 1) Yamadanishiki Dai-Gokujo Nama I liked the juicy fruitiness with a hint of bitterness. 2) Bastard of the Dragon The variety is "Dragon's Bastard"! With its sweetness and white peachiness, even those who do not like sake can definitely drink it smoothly.

I bought it because I was attracted by the word "autumn rise" without knowing the meaning in my beginner's mind. I regretted that it was too early for a beginner because it was unexpectedly mellow and had a strong rice flavor (in addition to being a raw sake). But I kept drinking it every day at different temperatures and in different containers, and I think I found the point where I could drink it well! I still prefer ginjo-style sake. I still prefer ginjo-style sake, but I think this kind of sake is good sometimes. I learned a lot.

Sake from my parents' home in Fukushima 🍶. Roman inverted backwards. I drank it without thinking at the end and commented, but I remember it was delicious.

Sake from my parents' home in Fukushima 🍶. The sake had a very good balance of flavor and aroma and could be drunk every day. I paired it with oden. I felt it went well with the slightly sweet taste of the ingredients.

Dry, gorgeous ginjo aroma Among the gorgeous sake we drank yesterday, this was the best sake to accompany a meal.

I'm not a big fan of unfiltered. This one has a good balance of rice umami and mellowness, and is very tasty.

Muscat and green apple aromas Gorgeous and beautiful. Not too flashy, like a small white flower. I should have ordered apple fritters...

Lukewarm, amazake-like, and perfect for a snowy day. The texture was perfect and a perfect marriage with the potage served with it.

I was a little drunk, and I regret that I drank it without thinking... It is gorgeous, but also suitable as a food wine. I want to drink it again! When I went back to my hometown, I visited liquor stores in Fukushima. But as I expected, I couldn't find it...
