I drank this one last fall, I think.
I hadn't really been comfortable with Nara sake, but it really hit the spot for me. I would like to drink it again.
The master of the sake bar is a real connoisseur, and he has a place in Goto, Nagasaki, which I think is a must for sake lovers. It's a long way from here, but I'd like to drink there again.
I think it's a place worth going all the way to.

This is another Yokoyama Goju.
I think I drank it last fall...
The only thing I can remember is that it was delicious.
I guess the only way to record is on time...
How many times did I drink this last year? This is a sake that I liked so much. It is a precious brand made in Iki, which is famous for its shochu. It seems to be slowly gaining popularity, but if you've never had it, you should give it a try. I think it is one of the best sake in Nagasaki.
I've been taking a lot of photos and drinking a lot of sake lately, but I haven't been keeping track. I'll try to post some of them soon...
Here's one I drank recently. It's really a handsome white wine, easy to drink, and I had it with grilled turban shells. \fnDroid Sans Fallback
Third drink of the day 💙💙.
It's from a voice trainer who was on "Jounetsu Tairiku" last week.
It's from the family liquor store of a voice trainer who was on Jounetsu Tairiku last week.
It's dry, but it's easy to drink.
The label is so cute! That's it for today!
A lot of standing drinks.
It's not too spicy.
It is easy to drink, clean and not spicy.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
To put it simply, if it's beer, I like Sapporo. Next is Kirin or Ebisu!
I bought it on recommendation and chilled it in the fridge. It's delicious. It's even better because I had to leave it for the weekend because of the vaccine. It's refreshing. There is a dry feeling in the mouth.
