It is honourable chrysanthemum which I was looking forward to. The unique sourness and sweetness of Koei chrysanthemum are addictive. It is dangerous because it is low in alcohol, so I feel that I can drink it as much as I want. It was delicious. I look forward to the SNOW CRESCENT that I am having on reserve.

As is to be expected from Hassen, it has a fruity aroma. It tastes like a heavy weight of hiyaoroshi (grated daikon). I wonder if this is called umami. It was very delicious.

This is one I wanted to try. At first sip, it had a gorgeous aroma with a gentle sweetness. As the temperature rises, the acidity comes out and it's a different taste. Slippery and drinkable. It was delicious.

So this is the light and dry taste. I've always drunk sweet sake in the past, so I was surprised at the gap between the two. The aroma is faintly fruity. As it gets warmer and longer, it has a sweetness to it. It also has a characteristic bitterness after drinking.

It's the new Koei Kiku that I was looking forward to drinking. It's dry with a solid acidity compared to the last one I drank, "Twilight Orenge". It is bittersweet and sharp at the end. I was able to buy it in a bottle, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it changes in the future. It was very tasty.

話題の光栄菊。やっと飲めた。香りは噂に聞いていたグレープフルーツやオレンジなどの柑橘系。精米歩合70％ということもあり旨味がしっかりしている。後味スッキリ。低アルコールだからスルスル飲めた。美味しかった。もうすぐ出る新作が今シーズンラストらしい。楽しみだ。

特純の生。あまり生酒は見ないので気になって購入。フレッシュ感満載。時間が経つにつれて味わいが丸くなっていき、飲みやすい。

短稈渡船という酒米。鍋島らしい華やかな甘い香り。味はしっかりと甘いが、最後にアルコール感。ガス感もたっぷり。

香りはマスカットのように爽やか。口当たりは柔らかく、温度が上がるにつれて酒感が弱まり優しくなる。コスパがめちゃくちゃいい。美味しいです。

薄にごり。酒蔵ツーリズムで出す予定だったお酒らしい。（新型コロナウィルス感染症対策のため、中止になった。）普段の能古見と比べるとかなりライト。するする飲めて危険。ほんのりメロン香。甘み、旨味もほどよくあり。スッとキレる。

槽搾り純米。生酒。通常火入れですが、昨年の佐賀豪雨の復興記念なのかな？生酒です。 香りはほのかにメロン。口当たりは柔らかく、お米の甘みがしっかりある。口に入れた後の苦味もあり、飲んだあとはスッとキレる。美味しいです。

山田錦。４年熟成つるの隠し酒。 クラウドファンディングの返礼品。しっかりとした旨味、甘みは古酒ならでは。美味しいです。ちょっとでも復旧に貢献できていたら嬉しいです。

純米吟醸。無濾過生。朝日。 ほのかに香るバナナ？バニラ香。口当たりが柔らかく甘い。酸もあり、後味スッキリ。とても美味しいです。 いつかみむろ杉も飲んでみたい。
