Rice used: Kuranohana Rice polishing ratio 60%. Sake content +3 Acidity 1,8 Amino acidity 1,2 Alcohol content 16 The taste is like a pear or an apple. It has a sharp taste and the colder it is, the better it tastes! It can be served on the rocks with ice. I'm sure it will taste even better after a few days in the air. Yamawa is one of Miyagi's leading sake breweries, and with its elaborate label, you can't go wrong buying this delicious sake by the package.

Rice used: Gin no Iroha Rice polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree +1 Acidity 1.6 Amino Acid 0.9 Alcohol content 15 It is made from "Gin no Iroha", a new breed of rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Miyagi Prefecture, which debuted in 2020. It's not too sweet, and you can taste the flavor of the rice without any miscellaneous tastes. I can drink this as much as I want when I'm drunk 😋.

Rice used: Asahi from Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. I bought this because I was curious about it because it was sold out immediately after it arrived at my favorite liquor store. After opening the bottle, you can feel a strong sense of gas immediately, but after a while, the sense of gas softens and it becomes fruity and easy to drink. After drinking it, you can feel the sweetness of the rice leaving your mouth, and it's delicious!

Good evening, Liverworm. I'm still inexperienced in the field of Japanese sake, so I can't get out of the local Miyagi Prefecture's sake. Miyagi's sake is very good! If there is a Miyagi alcoholic beverage that interests you, please try it.

Rice used: Ginpu Rice polishing rate 50%. Kawakei Shoten, the brewer of Koganezawa, is located in Misato-machi, Toda-gun, Miyagi Prefecture, and I think they have been insisting on making Sanpai since the beginning. It looks like this brewer has won gold for 16 consecutive years in the National New Sake Competition. I didn't know there was such a great brewer in Miyagi until recently 😅. Moreover, the current toji is a woman and looks like the daughter of the previous generation. . I'd say it's light and dry! I guess that's how it feels. It's definitely better to drink it hot as it gets cold. 😄

Rice used: Sasanishiki, produced in Ichisako, Miyagi Rice polishing ratio 60%. I've been wondering about it for a long time, because it seems to be one of the rarest local sakes in Miyagi. However, I found a banner of Honenasu at a nearby liquor store. 😲 But then I bought the yellow Kanazawa hiyori. 😆 So this is my second visit to the store today! But when I went to the store today, it was closed 😭 But it was in the store, maybe it was your daughter? A young, friendly, pretty lady went out of her way to open the store and let me shop. If you ask her, she said they are usually closed on Sundays. So I came home thankful that I was able to buy these two drinks today. 😊 I If you look closely at the label, it says that the brewery is a brewery in Hagi, Japan. Does this mean that this sake is made by a brewery in Hagi, commissioned by Monden Zozo? I It's a summer-only product for this season, but I'd say it tastes dry and a little sour. After opening the bottle, the sweetness increases and it tastes great! Not bad 😊. I

Used rice: 100% Jinryoku rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture Rice polishing rate 55%. Kengonichi. It's so good. It's like sweet but dry, and when you drink it, you don't know which one, but it's good 😄. Like an apple, like a melon! I don't know what it is, but the last minute when it changes from cold to room temperature was the best part of drinking it 😊. For starters, every time Kenkunichi has a cool label, it's dry and delicious 😁.

It has a dry taste. It's better to drink it chilled to get a little more sharpness and sweetness. You can also drink it hot. I prefer it the second day after opening the bottle, as it is more mellow.

Thank you for your comment, Mr. Drinker. m(__)m I'm a sake newbie, so I'd like to try some sake from outside the prefecture, but I can't seem to get out of the Miyagi area 😅. There's lots of good wine in Miyagi too 😄😄.

Rice used Kura-no-Hana It's a delicious dry sake that you never get tired of drinking. Atago no matsu" always pushes a switch in the middle of drinking. This sake makes me think "I knew it would taste good" when I was halfway through drinking it. It makes me gulp down this drink 😆 while making me think "this drink ♡😆" 😄. It's a drink you can get a square of by yourself if you let it get serious. 😋

Rice used Kura-no-Hana Sake that brings spring to your heart, Miyakanbai I bought a bottle of this for a house drinking party with my dear friends. It's fruity and not too sweet, and I like this sake the best 😄. I tried drinking the second half on the rocks, and it was refreshing, and that's another good one! In no time at all, a square is gone. 😅 This is one to take with you to a special drinking party!

Rice used: Gin-no-Sei It's a delicious, rich and sour sake with a distinctly Yamaboshi-like rice aroma. I've been into Sanpai lately, and when I see it, I always buy it. It's a summer-only brew, so you won't be able to stop drinking it after it's been chilled to the bone. I can't stop drinking it 😁
