It is made by Hagino Shuzo, the same brewery that makes Hagino Tsuru, so there is no doubt about it.
It has a dry taste.
It's better to drink it chilled to get a little more sharpness and sweetness.
You can also drink it hot.
I prefer it the second day after opening the bottle, as it is more mellow.
