I went to the Ten-Taka direct sales store and bought some new sake by weight.
At a nearby liquor store, I found a type of sake called "Yotsuyakubunuma," which is 100% Nasu Hikari from Kuo.

I've been buying Senkou's for a while, but today was the first time I've heard of Kirifuri, and it's still Senkou quality, so it's going to be a great home brew!
