I went to the Ten-Taka direct sales store and bought some new sake by weight.
At a nearby liquor store, I found a type of sake called "Yotsuyakubunuma," which is 100% Nasu Hikari from Kuo.
I'm looking forward to it.

The one sold by weight is darker because it is unpasteurized.
The Kuo is thicker, more fruity, and easier to drink.
