The acidity is noticeable at first, but there is actually a subtle sweetness and a robust flavor, and a very tasty mild acidity that is very enjoyable! Delicious! No wonder the liquor store sold only one bottle per person 😊. No wonder they were selling a limited number of bottles per person at the liquor store 😊 No wonder this one goes down so fast, you can drink as much as you want🤩. Surprisingly, it goes well with sweet things too! The snack pictured is cherry tomatoes with ricotta cheese and honey milk!

It has a rich ginjo aroma, a soft and gentle mouthfeel, and a slightly spicy taste. The aftertaste is slightly sweet, and the overall taste is smooth and elegant. It goes very well with sweet and spicy snacks such as unagi kabayaki (broiled eel) and meat miso.

Mutsu Hassen Nouveau Direct Pumping Refreshing melon aroma Immediately after sipping it, you think it is refreshingly dry, but it has a sweet and sour aftertaste like apricots...! That happy sweet and sour taste of Mutsu Hassen's Kijo-shu and Djeftif...! No, it's really delicious! As long as it's available at my local liquor store, I'll be repeating this!

I personally made a fresh start, so I found a sake with a sunrise pattern on the label and bought it. It's quite dry, with almost no aftertaste, so you can drink as much as you want. Today we paired it with various things, such as fried tofu and meat from Tochio, and everything tasted great.

It's an autumnal sake, so I bought it on the back of a Halloween patterned label that has nothing to do with me. (I'm not very knowledgeable about sake, so I buy a lot of jackets...) The smell of sake! It's dry like sake, but with a clean aftertaste. It went really well with karasumi. The photo shows the sashimi of gatsuo, which is a little more expensive than at the supermarket.

Jacked up when I saw the beautiful, pretty, autumnal bottle. Aroma of melon, a little dry, a little bitterness in the aftertaste, easy to drink. It's easy to drink. It was a perfect match with

This is my fifth and sixth bottles of sake this year. I felt very happy when I sipped a little sake with sweet and fresh peaches. Normally, the sake would have been sold to restaurants, but because of Corona, the sake is being sold in abundance to local liquor stores.

Immediately after opening the bottle, you can smell the aroma of rice. The dry taste spreads quickly in the mouth, but there is almost no aftertaste. The alcohol is 14 to 15 degrees. I went to a local liquor store and asked for a sake for beginners that would go well with salami or prosciutto, and they said it wouldn't get 100 points, but it would get 70 points because it would go well with all kinds of tzumi. As a result, I felt that it did not score a red point with salami or cured ham, but the label says that it was made with the idea of "making a junmai ginjo that goes well with Genkainada's snacks", and I thought it would rather go well with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce. I think it goes well with the sweet soy sauce of Kyushu. As the sake shop said, it's difficult to find sake that goes well with this kind of snack.

It has an elegant melon-like aroma immediately after opening the bottle. It has a sweet taste at first, and then a refreshing dry, crisp finish. It's a bit annoying, but it's very tasty. The photo is the steamed salmon and bean sprouts with miso. It looks a bit weird, but it was delicious.

I was drawn to the cat picture label and bought the jacket. Just after the start of the war, it smelled slightly melon-like. At first it tasted sweet, but soon it had a spicy aftertaste like sake. I thought it would go well with salty snacks.

It is refreshing and easy to drink, with a refreshing dry aftertaste. You can drink as much as you want. It's a sake for Japanese food, isn't it? It says on the label "Hitomebore cultivated by Minoru Ishii", which means that this sake brings out the best of this rice. It also goes well with sashimi, and the bottle of spicy flavored blowfish sashimi (sea urchin flavored) that I bought in the neighborhood in the photo went very well with it.

I've become a big fan of Mutsuhasen Digestif. Maybe the third one this year? Or is it the fourth one? The euphoric feeling I get when I drink it with something sweet after dinner is something I can't change. The sweetness of the rum raisin flavor is a perfect match. I don't know about you, but I used to hate dried grapes, but when I drink this sake, I take the initiative to eat them.

I bought a jacket at my regular liquor store. It's so good! Sweet, spicy, acidic, balanced, compact, and extremely crisp. A sake with an extremely well-balanced taste. As a sake-within-a-sake, it goes well with any kind of snack, don't you think? We're hooked. I'm sure, no, I'm sure, I'll buy it again when I see it.

This is the fourth bottle of this year's rice wine. I don't have to tell you how good it tastes. It's delicious today too! I'm going to drink half of it today and enjoy the mellowed version next week. The photo shows my homemade grilled eggplant with fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice sauce, and my wife's handmade light shielding cover for the bottle.

This is the first pink label I've had. It has a refreshing aroma. The taste is not as sweet as Mutsu Hassen Dejestif, which I became a big fan of. It has more of a sake flavor than the DeJestif, so it's a good sake to drink while eating. (But it also goes very well with chocolate on wafer sweets.) I've been drinking a lot of Mutsu Hassen lately.

It has a completely different taste from the Dejestif from Mutsu Hassen that I got the other day. It is a delicious sake with no peculiarities that goes well with any food. Is it a little dry? The happiness of drinking this and having a digestif with something sweet after dinner...! Is Hachinohe Shuzo the strongest?

I asked a local liquor store if there was a sake like Mutsu Hassen Kijo-shu, which was shockingly delicious the other day, and they introduced me to this one. It's not fizzy, but it's sweet and sour and tastes like apricot wine. It's delicious! Not during the meal, but after the meal. I had a Hagel Dazs rum raisin to finish off the meal, and it went really well with it. The label says it's for women, but even for an old man like me who likes both sweetness and alcohol, it was a drink that instantly brought me happiness.

I had it once before in a Yogo bottle. This time I bought it in a bottle. The dry taste is stable and delicious. I would like to drink it with white fish sashimi. In the photo, I made my own lamb and green pepper stew with tomatoes, but it didn't go well with the south. (That's right, isn't it?).

It's sour and refreshing. When I opened the bottle, it smelled like cider, or was it my imagination? When I paired it with something stewed in tomato sauce, the sourness and sweetness combined and it was really good.
