katsu

I went to a local liquor store and asked for a sake for beginners that would go well with salami or prosciutto, and they said it wouldn't get 100 points, but it would get 70 points because it would go well with all kinds of tzumi.
As a result, I felt that it did not score a red point with salami or cured ham, but the label says that it was made with the idea of "making a junmai ginjo that goes well with Genkainada's snacks", and I thought it would rather go well with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce. As the sake shop said, it's difficult to find sake that goes well with this kind of snack.
