It says on the label "Hitomebore cultivated by Minoru Ishii", which means that this sake brings out the best of this rice.
It also goes well with sashimi, and the bottle of spicy flavored blowfish sashimi (sea urchin flavored) that I bought in the neighborhood in the photo went very well with it.
