This is the fourth bottle of this year's rice wine.
I don't have to tell you how good it tastes. It's delicious today too!
I'm going to drink half of it today and enjoy the mellowed version next week.
The photo shows my homemade grilled eggplant with fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice sauce, and my wife's handmade light shielding cover for the bottle.
