The sweetness seems to increase when it is in a trumpet shape. Heating up the sake. In a boar cup, the sweetness of the rice is in full bloom. In a bowl-shaped sake cup, it has sweetness and umami of rice, but it also has bitterness and a pineapple taste, so I preferred drinking it in a bowl.

Made with Omachi grown in Hekinan, Aichi Prefecture. Fresh cream, nuts, honey and raisins. Round aroma. The taste is firm but has a nice sharpness. I preferred it a little warmer.
