boukenAfter the Bamboo Spring...
Sake that the store owner bought at Bic Camera when he went to the Nagoya venue of YOMOYAMA.
They seemed to have a wide variety of Nagoya sake. I guess it's like Yodobashi in Osaka🤔.
I wonder if the Bic Camera in Namba used to have a lot of Kansai sake, or how about now?
I have the impression that EDION has a good selection of Katanozakura and Kuninochou Osaka sake.
Harada Shuzo, famous for Ikumichii sake.
The label and bottle look like summer sake, but I guess not😅.
It was made last October, so it's a little old, but not unpleasant.
It's a little classic, but it's complex, crisp, and delicious 😋. まつちよ@Tempura and Sake Asuigen
This is an autumn sake from Korogeura Wakamizu by Harada Shuzo, the same company that produced the Ikumichii in the previous post.
Like Katsurin in the two previous posts, this sake uses Wakamizu as the sake rice, and I found out that Wakamizu is a sake rice improved in Aichi🌾.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet.
The top aroma is mildly sweet, and the palate is slightly dry with a moderate sweetness followed by an umami taste that is typical of autumn sake.
It was quite delicious 🍶.
The third picture is not Tsutenkaku Tower but the Nagoya TV Tower in Sakae 🗼. sakepowerIt has an old-fashioned taste 😄.
I guess people who like this ‼️ have different tastes... 手乗り文鳥🌾Wakamizu from Aichi Prefecture 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Ishihara Food. It has a strong sake habit when drunk by itself, but it becomes a gentle taste when combined with food. Sake is similar to beer, maybe.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ たまこHmmm.
According to my father, it is raw sake.
Also, the toji has been changed or something.
Is this taste due to the koji? ふかきよThe acidity was clearly perceptible, with a hint of apple, and the drink was refreshingly delicious.
かりんMy family bought it. It is very good, with a sweet and sour mouthfeel, and then a big thump. とりはつThe taste is strong. Made with young water from Aichi Prefecture.
Banquet series of heroes. 兎御殿I went on a tour of Aichi's local sake held outside the Dolphin Arena in Aichi Prefecture. ちゃむ5.5/10.0
