The plum wine, made with 100% Koshi-no-Ume from Yahiko Village, was sweet, gorgeous, and delicious with the aroma of plums in full bloom. We enjoyed it on the rocks.
I'm sorry to say that the sweetness of the sake alone is too much, so I'm drinking "Tsukihi" sake, a collaboration between Hibi Shuzo and Space Brothers, which I opened last time around the time of this year's moon viewing, in the middle of the night for the first time in a while.
It was easier to drink than the last time, and I felt a strong sweetness, which for some reason made me want to eat unbaked bread, so I started drinking it with unbaked bread as a snack.
