We participated in the 2nd Annual Yamagata Fair, the most beautiful sake prefecture in Japan! It was delicious, with a deep flavor and relatively crisp at the end.

A gift from my sister 🎁. The center does not betray me. Rough-running piri-piri! I don't know if it fits, but I like it. There are many different kinds of Aizu sake, but I think the root is the same, maybe it's the rice?

Got this from a friend of mine from Yamagata! I envy her for having the opportunity to buy good sake every month. It's been a while since I had a sake that suited me! I feel like I've had a sake that suits me for the first time in a long time! It's fruity but refreshing and easy to drink. Really delicious. I wonder if I can get a bottle of Jyushiyo at this rate. ⁉️

Today we got some matsutake mushrooms from my friend's family's mountain, and I hastily stocked up on sake! Hiyoroshi. It's refreshing and easy to drink. Don't touch easy-drinking sake on weekdays, lol.

I bought it at Koyama Sake Shop. It is very refreshing and easy to drink. It was the easiest sake I have ever had in Nagano. Would love to try the other Masumi's!

Loved the rough and tumble! Maybe it was the fact that I drank with a pretty girl with a smile, but to put it mildly, it was great! I could drink well into the next day and beyond.
