I happened to find a bottle in a liquor store. It was a miracle. I was able to buy it at the regular price of 2,280 yen. Now, Flax Cat Sparkling is well-known, so I probably don't need to explain too much, but it was elegant, gorgeous, and clear, a Yamato Nadeshiko-like sake even though it is sparkling. How could it not be delicious? Is it sake? It was so much like wine that you would think it was wine, but it was no longer champagne❗️. The waitress gave me very detailed instructions on how to open the bottle, but I thought, "Do I really need to go that far? I thought, "Do I really need to go that far? This Yamato Nadeshiko seems to have been a very boxy girl. I kept the bottle in the refrigerator in an upright position and slowly opened the cap, then closed it, then opened and closed it again, taking about 5 minutes to open the bottle. Sake is alive, so they say it takes about 30 minutes if it is stored for a long time.

Kunimare is the northernmost sake brewery in Japan. I thought it was mostly dry, but this sake, made by polishing Kitashizuku to 40%, smelled fruity and was slightly sweet. There was not that much acidity. I found it interesting that even the same Kunimare junmai daiginjo has a different aroma and taste. It says the recommended drinking temperature is room temperature, but it tasted sweeter and tastier when chilled. Rice polishing ratio: 40

It was said to be made with only 80% polished rice on purpose, but it was very clean and refreshing. We drank it cold, lukewarm, and hot, but it was also enjoyable cold. However, I would recommend drinking it hot or lukewarm because the rice flavor comes out better when heated. It would have been great with oden! Sake rice: 100% Comet Rice polishing ratio: 80

Sorry, this is not sake, but it is made by the Tatenogawa Sake Brewery. This is not sake, but it is made by the Tatenogawa sake brewery, so I am uploading it here! It's like drinking yogurt turned into sake! It is refreshing and easy to drink, with just the right amount of acidity, but not too sour. It goes well with grilled meat. Be careful not to "drink too much" lol!

Kunimare's limited edition sake! I drove from Hakodate to the northernmost brewery for this! (Half a lie!) Kunimare is usually known for its dry taste, but this sake has a little sweetness that is not typical of Kunimare, and it lingers for a long time. It is easy to drink for those who like dry sake, and also for those who do not like dry sake. Rice polishing ratio 40

Toyo Bijin, Jundo Isshu... Huh? The color is different. I thought it was a limited edition sake made with Aizan. I thought it was a Junmai Daiginjo, but it was a Junmai Ginjo. I avoid buying sake with a strong sweetness, but I am the type of person who likes to taste rare things. I bought it on the spot. Since it was a nama-shu, it was even juicier and had a premium sweetness on the palate with a lingering aftertaste. It is very sweet and has little sake flavor, so I would recommend it to those who don't like sake and to women -! 40% koji rice, 50% kake rice

It is getting hotter. I decided to enjoy a summery sake on a summery day and found this cool package and whale logo in a store. It was a seasonal sake from Drunken Whale. I was served it with sushi I bought at Costco, or rather, sake, but it was still Drunken Whale. It is a clear sake that accentuates the taste of the food. This sake was quite refreshing. It had a sourness that made the sake go down smoothly. It was the perfect junmai ginjo sake for summer. Polishing ratio 50%.

Tokachi is a place I've been obsessed with recently. Among them, this one is a gem that is also used by JAL's first class. I bought it directly from the Hekiun Brewery of the Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery, which is located on the premises of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. This is a rare sake from Tokachi, but it is only available in the local area. It is not sold online either. It is too cheap for a Junmai Daiginjo, but I was surprised at the high quality. I would be happier to buy three bottles of this sake than to buy a 10,000-plus yen bottle of high quality sake. Not only does it not interfere with the food, but it is very elegant, probably because it is made with a very careful method. It is a delicious taste that I don't want to tell you about. Personally, I don't want it to go out of style... Polishing ratio 35%...usually 45%, so it is more polished than that.

Hekiun Brewery of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery. The fact that it is only available in Tokachi made it a rarity, but it is a junmai at this level. It was clear, did not interfere with the meal, and was a great sake to complement the food. This is the kind of graceful sake that goes well with a good meal.

北海道利尻・礼文島のみで2700本発売の限定酒。 利尻島の麗峰湧水を、倶知安の二世古酒造まで運び製造したとのこと。 辛口ですっきりした味わい、刺身などにすごく合う。 ブランド銘柄と比べると、好き嫌いが別れると思う。 利尻・礼文島だけしか買えない限定酒だけにレア感が漂っていました。 夏に利尻島に遊びに行き、麗峰湧水もいただきましたが、大変美味な湧水でした。 マグネシウムやカルシウムなどのミネラル分が豊富だそうで、これが海に流れ込むため、昆布がおいしくなるとのこと。 あと3本しかなかったので、惜しみなく買い占めました。

季節限定の純米吟醸。北国の春の楽しみのひとつ。安価の割に磨かれた一杯。とてもフルーティで香り高く飲みやすい。料理の邪魔をしないので、繊細な味付けの料理にもあう。 ワイン替わりにもいけそう。SAKEって感じがして、外人とかにも受け入れられやすそう。日本酒苦手な人もこれならいけるんじゃないかな? 何はともあれ、このレベルでのコスパさいこー

ニセコで期間限定で発売している活性酒。醸造アルコールは苦手だが、この活性酒は後味すっきりでおいしい。料理を選ばず、揚げ物、刺身、肉料理何でもあう。活性酒ならではのシュワシュワが楽しい。シーズンになったら必ず買う1本。

北海道釧路の活性酒でおもしろそうなので買ってみたが、やはり二世古のえぞの誉には敵わない。そこまでシュワシュワしない。しかし、釧路の日本酒なので、レア感がある。
