Kunimare is the northernmost sake brewery in Japan.
I thought it was mostly dry, but this sake, made by polishing Kitashizuku to 40%, smelled fruity and was slightly sweet. There was not that much acidity.
I found it interesting that even the same Kunimare junmai daiginjo has a different aroma and taste.
It says the recommended drinking temperature is room temperature, but it tasted sweeter and tastier when chilled.
Rice polishing ratio: 40
