Toyo Bijin, Jundo Isshu... Huh? The color is different.
I thought it was a limited edition sake made with Aizan.
I thought it was a Junmai Daiginjo, but it was a Junmai Ginjo.
I avoid buying sake with a strong sweetness, but I am the type of person who likes to taste rare things.
I bought it on the spot.
Since it was a nama-shu, it was even juicier and had a premium sweetness on the palate with a lingering aftertaste.
It is very sweet and has little sake flavor, so I would recommend it to those who don't like sake and to women -!
