It was said to be made with only 80% polished rice on purpose, but it was very clean and refreshing.
We drank it cold, lukewarm, and hot, but it was also enjoyable cold.
However, I would recommend drinking it hot or lukewarm because the rice flavor comes out better when heated.
It would have been great with oden!
