Purchased through a hometown tax payment.
It doesn't have a strong ginjo feel to it. It has a mellowness to it.
Personally, I preferred the same brewer, Shuku 55.
The crispness and fruityness of the drink is so different the moment you drink it...!
Sourness. Light gas. Umami. Complex flavor, but dignified.
It's so good that it's more the main thing than the food.
It's a pity I don't get to meet them often. I want to drink it again somewhere else...!
