A wine-like liquor with a fruitiness but not too sweet and sour 🍶 I drank it up quickly ^ ^.

The lid is the crown 🍺. I opened the bottle in the sink just in case it blew - it eventually did. I kept it quietly refrigerated, unfortunately. The first half is sparkling with a nice sharpness. The second half is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. As a lover of arigaraki, it was a treat in no time ^ ^.

Refreshing and gorgeous - just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. This is my first time to know Yoshida Sake Brewery. I'd like to try their other sakes ^ ^. I'm also curious about the origin of the sake's name - is it a person's name?
