White Yello has been my favorite since I drank it last year.
I wanted to drink it again this year.
It has a refreshing acidity, a slight effervescence, and a spreading umami flavor.
It looks like snow is falling in the cup.
When you drink it, sweetness spreads in your mouth. The depth of flavor is unimaginable given the rice polishing ratio. And the sharpness is so good that you can eat a lot of sake tsumami.
This is my favorite sake from the Eiko Fuji lineup.
Slightly strong sweetness at first, lingering taste is clean ^ ^.
Once I started drinking it, I couldn't stop and finished it all at once.
I would like to compare it with other Aizan wines.
The lid is the crown 🍺.
I opened the bottle in the sink just in case it blew - it eventually did. I kept it quietly refrigerated, unfortunately.
The first half is sparkling with a nice sharpness.
The second half is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
As a lover of arigaraki, it was a treat in no time ^ ^.
Refreshing and gorgeous - just the right amount of sweetness for my taste.
This is my first time to know Yoshida Sake Brewery. I'd like to try their other sakes ^ ^.
I'm also curious about the origin of the sake's name - is it a person's name?
