I was a complete beginner at sake, so I was in the middle of choosing what I wanted to try and tasting them in order, rather than choosing the sake I wanted.
The air conditioner was a little cool, so I thought it would be nice to have something warm, so I ordered this one, which was recommended to be heated! I ordered this one.
The warmed sake was great, with a delicate, warming sensation and a full-bodied aroma. The aroma is even better when it is warmed. The aroma spreads softly in the nose, and the aftertaste is a little sour and not clingy.
When I was taking a picture of the bottle, the store owner told me that there was a watermarked dragon in the bottle and tilted the bottle so that the picture of the dragon would shine through.
Sake from Saitama!
I was honestly surprised that they can make sake in Saitama. (Pardon me.)
It is really a wonderful hobby to be able to drink sake made there all over Japan.
The person sitting next to me at the counter had a chance to talk to the brewer and got a bottle of sake.
I asked him if he would like to taste it.
I thought it was quite refreshing! I thought it was quite refreshing, but it was not too spicy and had a soft aroma. (I love spicy sake, but sometimes I can't really smell the aroma when it is really sharp.) Sairai is refreshing and I could enjoy its aroma as well.
It feels like a swirl only at the moment of drinking. It is not as strong as a sparkling wine, but it is a sizzling sensation on the tongue.
The initial sizzling sensation is tangy and spicy, so the flavor is a bit sweet, but the overall balance is well balanced and delicious.
The most important thing is that it has a cute name..!
Fortepiano" is a musical symbol meaning "to play strongly and then immediately weaken," and I wonder if the stimulation at the moment of drinking and the calmness afterward might be exactly what it represents. How lovely...!
