Ryusei冷やおろし 八反
momo
I was a complete beginner at sake, so I was in the middle of choosing what I wanted to try and tasting them in order, rather than choosing the sake I wanted.
The air conditioner was a little cool, so I thought it would be nice to have something warm, so I ordered this one, which was recommended to be heated! I ordered this one.
The warmed sake was great, with a delicate, warming sensation and a full-bodied aroma. The aroma is even better when it is warmed. The aroma spreads softly in the nose, and the aftertaste is a little sour and not clingy.
When I was taking a picture of the bottle, the store owner told me that there was a watermarked dragon in the bottle and tilted the bottle so that the picture of the dragon would shine through.
