Sweet. The second sip gives it a great depth. Suitable for dessert. Fruity. Can be drunk quickly. Not for everyday use. After dinner. Everyone seems to like it.
Easy to drink for a ginjo-shu. The initial bitterness, I don't really like it, but I don't dislike it. I don't mind this kind of heavy bitterness. It seems to go well with Korean food. Maybe with salted fish? I don't think I want to drink a lot of it. It's hard to tell if I like it or not.
