This is one of the best sake in my opinion.
As soon as you drink it, you get the pleasant, spicy carbonation that only unpasteurized sake can provide, followed by a mellow melon aroma and a rich honey-like taste.
Even though it has a mellow ginjo aroma, the taste is clean and delicate, so you can drink it quickly and easily and finish it in no time. LOL!
It was very delicious.
