I drank this sake at my grandmother's house at New Year's.
Very easy to drink, with very few quirks! It's colorless and clear, and I almost drank it like water!
The unfiltered sake next to the photo is the same, but even though the original sake had a strong image, it was like water and could be drunk easily without disturbing the food. It was a shame to waste it, so I drank it carefully.
It went well with simple, sweet flavors like osechi! I think it has less aroma and sweetness, so I guess it's more of a food sake than a standalone drink.
The unfiltered version has a more gorgeous aroma. I like both of them.
