Smoky to the point of "what the heck is this?" the moment you drink it. It's like whiskey, a very oaky, very spicy drink. It seems to go well with meat!

Chidori Masamune is a Japanese sake from Sanda City! It is packed with umami, and although brewer's alcohol is added, the lingering aftertaste is amazing! Even when heated, the flavor is outstanding, and it is the best of the best!

Tanba Sakura, 100% Hakutsuru Nishiki This is said to be the rice🌾 that Hakutsuru created to surpass Yamadanishiki. One sip and it is fruity, yet the aftertaste quickly disappears. While not as spectacular as Yamada-Nishiki, the sake made with the rice that Hakutsuru spent several years developing is delicious!

This is Kikuhime's Arabashiri! I usually drink Yamahai, but when I saw Arabashiri, I bought it. It is a refreshing sake for a Kikuhime, but as expected, it is made with Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa and has a very fragrant, elegant, and gorgeous taste!

I happened to see this sake. It is a junmai ginjo sake from the Kamiyu Shuzo brewery in Kato-shi, Hyogo Prefecture. It has a rich taste and aroma. The first sip convinced me that it was meant to be heated. When warmed up, it has a sweet aroma and taste. Please try it hot.
