This is said to be the rice🌾 that Hakutsuru created to surpass Yamadanishiki.
One sip and it is fruity, yet the aftertaste quickly disappears. While not as spectacular as Yamada-Nishiki, the sake made with the rice that Hakutsuru spent several years developing is delicious!
